By offering targeted, immersive experiences, LEI Coaches ensure you get work done and achieve your business goals WHILE developing your team’s capabilities with lean thinking and practice. This approach ensures that you will sustain your improvements and newly developed, lean know-how. Ultimately, LEI strives to increase the capability of the organization such that its services are no longer necessary. Doing so ensures you can further improve and transform on your own.
